Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has between March 10 and March 14, 2014 repurchased 483,787 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs), at an average price of SEK 48.31. This represents 0.54% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. The repurchased SDRs will now be cancelled. After the cancellation of these and previously repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 88,585,268.
