On 21 March, 2014 the latest Arco Vara is planning to issue bonds as targeted issue in the maximum amount of 200 000 euros with interest rate no higher than 10% per year. The interest payments of the bonds will be made quarterly and the bonds will be redeemed on the maturity date. The maturity date will be set for maximum 18 months. The issued bonds will be guaranteed by a mortgage. The bond issue is targeted to the existing shareholders of Arco Vara.
Proceeds of the bond issue will be used for real estate developments in Estonia.
