Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on China Specialty Glass AG, München,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March
12, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to 535128
Voting Rights).
3.02% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 535128 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in China Specialty Glass AG amounts to 3 percent
