SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 17, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cogswell College today announced its partnership with the prestigious Kauffman Foundation, creators of the Kauffman FastTrac® programs. The Kauffman Foundation, founded by the late entrepreneur and philanthropist Ewing Marion Kauffman, is the world's largest foundation focused on fostering entrepreneurship.
The FastTrac NewVenture™ programs are for aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs looking to expand their businesses. Cogswell College is the only location in Silicon Valley to offer the Kauffman FastTrac program.

The NewVenture FastTrac program allows aspiring entrepreneurs to determine the viability of their business concept, develop the concept, outline critical steps in the launch and formulate a detailed business plan. The course is approximately 30 hours in duration and will be taught over several weeks in an interactive, incubator environment that fosters networking and think-tank idea generation.

Kauffman's Listening to Your Business™ and The Intentional Entrepreneur™ FastTrac workshops will be offered at Cosgwell later this year following the launch of the NewVenture program.
