according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on ORCO Germany S.A., Luxembourg, Großherzogtum Luxemburg, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% threshold of the Voting Rights
on March 11, 2014 and on that day amounted to 27.26% (this corresponds to
114820850 Voting Rights).
