Addtech acquires GigaCom AB and GigaCom AS

Addtech Components, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an
agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in GigaCom AB and GigaCom AS.
The GigaCom companies are technology trading companies providing fiber optic
components and systems on the Swedish and the Norwegian market. The companies
range of products are based on established suppliers supplemented with own
developed products.

The GigaCom companies will very effectively complement Addtech's current fiber
optic operations in the business unit MI Group. The companies has six employees
and sales of around SEK 30 million.

The closing is estimated to take place in the beginning of April 2014. The
acquisition is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech's
earnings per share during the coming financial year.
