2013 the JSC „Valmieras stikla šķiedra” purchased a subsidiary company in Great Britain, named P-D Interglas Technologies Ltd, now called Valmiera Glass UK Ltd. Because of the importance of the deal, the management of JSC „Valmieras stikla šķiedra” repeatedly informs about the purchase of the company.
The January 1st 2013 is the key date for the appraisal of the property status of P-D Interglas Technologies Ltd (Valmiera Glass UK Ltd), based on the balance sheet of the company (assets and liabilities) as at the 1st January 2013 according to data from due diligence.
The 9th July 2013 is the date of signing the contract for buying the P-D Interglas Technologies Ltd, including the intentions to be realized, planned duties, activities etc.
The October 4th 2013 is the date of the stock transfer to the accounts of JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra”. The basis of the action showing the shares of Valmiera Glass UK Ltd at the accounts of JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” in the assets of the balance sheet is the Stock Transfer Form, prepared and signed at the 4th October 2013. Since this moment JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” is able to realise its’ rights as the share holding company.
