COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
IC COMPANYS HAS APPOINTED LOTTE FRANCH WAMBERG AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
OPERATIONS.
Lotte Franch Wamberg joins the Group from Royal Copenhagen where she served as
Managing Director and before that as Head of Supply Chain and Design
Development. Prior to this, she has furthermore served as General Manager of
both WeightWatchers and LEGOLAND.
Lotte has a degree as Production Engineer and started her career in LEGO from
where she will bring experience of production, product development, logistics
and project management.
With her strong experience in both supply chain and operational processes in
general, Lotte will be given the responsibility of the Group’s Operations
function – a function which was introduced in IC Companys’ interim report for
Q1 2013/14, and which, among others, will include Global Sourcing and Global
Logistics.
Group CEO, Mads Ryder commented;
”I have had the pleasure of working with Lotte for several years, and I am
looking forward to welcoming her onboard IC Companys where she will be playing
an important role in executing the corporate strategy.”
Lotte will become part of IC Companys’ Global Management Team and will have her
first working day on 6 June 2014.
