On March 18, 2014, Lupus Holding AG, Zug, Schweiz has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
ALBIS Leasing AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold
of the Voting Rights on March 14, 2014 and on that day amounted to 2.80%
(this corresponds to 429370 Voting Rights).

On March 18, 2014, Mrs Gabriele Wolff, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on ALBIS Leasing AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on March 14, 2014 and on that day amounted
to 2.80% (this corresponds to 429370 Voting Rights).
2.80% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 429370 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mrs Wolff in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
