DISCLOSURE OF CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT
The board of directors of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj has on 10 March 2014 decided on a directed share issue. According to information received by Vaahto Group Plc Oyj, the decision leads to an increase in the holdings of shares and votes of Mikko Laakkonen and Hannu Laakkonen, whereby Mikko Laakkonen exceeds the threshold of 25 % of and Hannu Laakkonen exceeds the threshold of 15 %.
