(NYSE MKT:NBY), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing topical non-antibiotic antimicrobial products, today announced that it intends to offer shares of its common stock and warrants in an underwritten public offering. The company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, including research and development, clinical trials and selling, general and administrative expenses.
