Ensign and Mainstreet will team up in the states of Texas and Kansas, breaking ground in Waco, Plano, Olathe, Overland Park and Kansas City, to build and operate state-of-the-art, full-service healthcare resorts with a wide array of activities and services in comfortable, spa-like surroundings. The companies have also signed a development agreement to grow the relationship and partner on additional locations.
