of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Prime Office AG, Köln,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
March 11, 2014 and on that day amounted to 2.92% (this corresponds to
5263767 Voting Rights).
2.92% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5263767 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
