(Nasdaq:WIX), a leading global web development platform, announced today that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to a proposed public offering of its ordinary shares. A portion of the shares to be sold in the offering will be sold by Wix, and a portion of the shares will be sold by existing shareholders of the company. Wix will not receive any proceeds from the shares sold by existing shareholders. The number of shares to be sold and the allocation of the shares between Wix and existing shareholders have not yet been determined.
