Kronach, March 21, 2014: The Executive Board of Loewe AG has today decided
- with the consent of the trustee (Sachwalter) - to have the Company's
shares delisted. The Executive Board will apply for the Company's shares to
be delisted from all stock exchanges on which they are currently traded and
are admitted to the Regulated Market or included in the Open Market. The
Company's shares will no longer be tradable once they have been delisted,
which will take effect six months after their delisting has been publicly
announced.
