OKLAHOMA CITY, March 24, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chaparral Energy, Inc. announced today that it will hold a conference call on Monday, March 31, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Central to discuss its fourth quarter and year end 2013 financial and operating results. The Company plans to file its Form 10-K for the year ending December 31, 2013 prior to the conference call.
