(the "Company") (NYSE MKT:ORC) announced that it closed its previously announced public offering of 3,200,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $12.55 per share earlier today. All of the shares in the public offering were offered by the Company. The shares are listed in the NYSE MKT under the symbol "ORC".
