Enclosed please find MT Højgaard A/S’s press release of 25 March 2014 regarding new psychiatric ward with a total value of about DKK 930 million which will be built in a public-private partnership (PPP) with DEAS as the operational partner and the pension funds: PensionDanmark, PKA and SamPension as financing partners.
Højgaard Holding A/S holds an ownership interest of 54 % in MT Højgaard.
