BRUSSELS, Belgium, March 25, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In application of the rules on financial transparency, Third Avenue Management LLC sent a notification confirming that the aggregate amount of shares they hold had fallen below the threshold of 3% of the total outstanding shares issued by RHJ International ("RHJI") on 19 March 2014.
On 19 March 2014, Third Avenue Management LLC held 2,495,321 voting rights, representing a stake of 2.92% of RHJI total issued shares compared to a stake of 4.6% as disclosed in its previous transparency declaration.
