We hereby announce that Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the company's ownership:
Ingman Group Oy Ab (Business ID: FI0702478-5) has on 25 March, 2014 informed Digia that the amount of Digia Plc's shares and votes under its control exceeds 20% of Digia Plc's shares and votes. Altogether Ingman Group Oy Ab controls 4,200,000 shares of Digia,corresponding to 20,12% of Digia's all shares and votes.
The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,087,564.50 and 20,875,645 shares.
