informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Ming Le Sports AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 25, 2014 and
on that day amounted to 15.26% (this corresponds to 2357059 Voting Rights).
15.26% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2357059 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in Ming Le Sports AG amounts to 3 percent or
more: Deutsche Balaton Aktiengesellschaft, VV Beteiligungen
Aktiengesellschaft.
