NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 5, CHAPTER 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT
Revenio Group Corporation has today received a notification of change in holdings in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act that Eyemaker's Finland Oy's share of the total number of shares and voting rights in Revenio Group Corporation has decreased to less than one twentieth (1/20).
Eyemaker's Finland Oy now holds 350,000 shares in Revenio Group Corporation, which is 4.45 percent of the company's shares and voting rights.
The total number of Revenio Group Corporation's shares recorded in the trade register is 7,856,519.
