The Executive Board, with today's approval of the Supervisory Board, today
resolved to exercise the authorization granted by the Annual General
Meeting on May 19, 2010 and to offer for sale the 1,320,603 shares of
treasury stock which are held by the Company (representing 9.91 percent of
the subscribed capital) through private placements to qualified investors
in Germany and outside Germany by way of an accelerated bookbuilding. The
sale of the treasury shares is intended to increase the financial
flexibility of the Company for financing the planned future growth as well
as to increase financial flexibility in light of the forthcoming repayment
of financial liabilities.

The sale of the treasury stock is planned to commence on March 26, 2014 and
be completed by March 27, 2014.

This announcement does not represent an offer for the sale or purchase of
