Vossloh AG successfully completed the entire sale of 1,320,603 treasury
shares, representing 9.91 percent of the share capital, which had been
announced on March 26, 2014.

The shares were offered for sale by way of an accelerated bookbuilding to
qualified investors in Germany and outside Germany and were sold at a price
of EUR69.00.  The gross proceeds for Vossloh AG amount to approximately
EUR91 million.

As a result of the sale of treasury stock, Vossloh AG significantly
increases its financial flexibility for financing the planned growth as
well as the financial flexibility in light of the forthcoming repayment of
financial liabilities.
