RESULT OF THE DIRECTED SHARE ISSUE OF TALENTUM OYJ
In total 364,267 shares have been subscribed in deviation from the shareholders' pre-emptive subscription right in the directed share issue of Talentum Oyj ("Talentum") disclosed on March 6, 2014. The maximum of 517,400 own shares was offered for subscription to the key managers for the subscription price of EUR 1.26 per share.
The Board of Directors of Talentum has approved all the subscriptions made in the directed share issue and thus Talentum shall transfer in total 364,267 own shares held by it to the key managers of the company. The number of own shares held by the company is immediately after the execution of the directed share issue 209,212.
The total amount of financing made available by Talentum for acquisition of Talentum shares is EUR 226,649.00 and the number of own shares to be pledged as security for the repayment of the financing is 359,761.
