Rainer Häggblom is Dovre Group Plc´s new Chairman of the Board – Hannu Vaajoensuu resigns from the Board   

In its first meeting, held after the Annual General Meeting March 27, 2014, the Dovre Group’s Board of Directors elected Mr. Rainer Häggblom as Chairman of the Board. Rainer Häggblom has been the Vice Chairman of the Board and a board member since March 14, 2013. The former Chaiman of the Board, Mr Hannu Vaajoensuu turned in his resignation from the Board.  

The Board of Directors elected Mr Tero Viherto as Vice Chairman of the Board.  

The Annual General Meeting elected Rainer Häggblom (M.Sc. (For.), M.Sc. (Econ. and Business Adm.)), Ilari Koskelo (M.Sc.,MBA), Arja Koski (M.Sc., eMBA), Hannu Vaajoensuu (M.Sc. (Econ.)) and Tero Viherto (M.Sc., (Eng.)) as members of the board. The Board assessed the independence of its members and concluded that all members are independent of the company and its major shareholders.
