Comptel has received an order from a new analytics customer Globe Telecom in the Philippines. This strategic analytics entry to a leading Asian operator group allows Comptel to deploy and demonstrate its predictive analytics for preventing Quality of Service driven churn. The deal consists of Comptel Social Links business applications as managed services. The revenue is expected to be recognised over 2014 and 2015.
