Notification of significant decision of the Shareholders meeting, which the bank disclosed as the issuer of the financial instruments
The Council of the JSC “Rietumu Banka” was elected at the Regular Shareholders meeting of the JSC “Rietumu Banka” on March 24, 2014 in previous composition: Leonids Esterkins, Arkādijs Suharenko, Brendan Thomas Murphy, Dermot Fachta Desmond, Valentīns Bļugers, Aleksandrs Kaļinovskis, Alexander Gafin (Александр Гафин).
Members of the Council re - elected Leonids Esterkins to the post of the Chairman of the Council and Arkadijs Suharenko and Brendan Thomas Murphy to the post of the Deputy Chairmen of the Council.
Council of the JSC „Rietumu Banka” was registered in Commercial Register of Register of Enterprises on March 28, 2014.
