Juozapavičiaus st. 13, Vilnius), which is 54.04 percent of total shares of UAB Duomenų logistikos centras, to “Lietuvos energija”, UAB (company code 301844044, registered office at Žvejų st. 14, Vilnius).
After the sale of UAB Duomenų logistikos centras shares, The Company holds 100 percent shares of Energijos tiekimas UAB (with its subsidiaries Energios tiekimas OU and Energijos tiekimas SIA), 100 percent shares of UAB “Kauno energetikos” (with its subsidiary UAB “Gotlitas”). The Company also holds 41,74 percent of total shares of NT Valdos, UAB, 20 percent UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras, 23,44 percent UAB “Geoterma” and 25 percent shares of liquidating AS Nordic Energy link.
