MacAulay-Brown, Inc. Appoints C4ISR Industry Veteran to Lead Aberdeen Proving Ground Division


DAYTON, Ohio, March 31, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services and product solutions to Defense, Intelligence, Homeland Security and Federal agencies, announced today that Martin "Marty" Howard has been appointed Vice President, C4ISR and Homeland Security (CHS) Division for MacB Gray Enterprise Solutions (GES). Based out of the company's Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) office located in Aberdeen, MD, he will report to Dennis Werth, President of MacB GES.

As Vice President of the CHS Division, Howard will be responsible for increasing growth opportunities throughout MacB's existing US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM), C4ISR, Homeland Security and other DoD and Federal customer base. In addition, he will also be responsible for expanding MacB's strategic business footprint and cultivating critical relationships with government and key industry partners.

About Martin "Marty" Howard

Prior to joining MacB, Howard was Director of Business Development, APG for USfalcon, Inc., where he identified and qualified a pipeline of over $900 million in C4ISR, modeling and simulation and other opportunities. Before joining USfalcon, he held senior level business development and management positions at Applied Research Associates, URS Corporation, Titan Corporation, Applied Research Laboratories, University of Texas and Teledyne Brown Engineering. Howard is a former United States Army Field Artillery officer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
