The $13 million dollar plaza is easily accessed from the Belt Parkway, JFK Expressway and other airport entrances at the corner of 147th St & 150th Ave (right next to DHL). It was built on 5.75 acres of re-developed land and touts well-known tenants such as Wendy's (w/ drive-thru), 7-Eleven, Qdoba Mexican Grill and Max's Pizza. In addition, there is a Sunoco gas station complete with hi-speed diesel fueling facilities as well as a state of the art car wash. The plaza is the first of its kind in NY City or any airport across the country with the offering of E85, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Tesla Superchargers and the first public truck parking in NYC.
