Royal Unibrew A/S has realised the sale of 8,775 square metres of buildings rights at the brewery site in Aarhus.
A. Enggaard A/S, Entreprenør- og Byggefirma has exercised its purchase option on 8,775 square metres of buildings rights which have now been acquired. Royal Unibrew’s sale of the 8,775 square metres of building rights, see Company Announcement No 58/2013 of 16 December 2013, has a net cash flow effect after tax of approximately DKK 28 million, and the sale was realised at the carrying amount of the building rights; therefore the sale will not affect the Company’s profit or equity. The acquisition price deposited will be released to Royal Unibrew upon registration of clear title, which is expected to take place during April 2014.
