                         Major shareholder announcement

In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act
(værdipapirhandelsloven), it is hereby announced that OW Bunker A/S (the
"Company") has been informed that as off 31 March 2014 Cantillon Capital
Management LLC on behalf of Cantillon Funds PLC, Cantillon Global Equity LP and
several managed accounts (the "Shareholder") holds a total of 1,874,620 shares
each with a nominal value of DKK 1, corresponding to 5.02 % of the total share
capital in the Company.

The Shareholder holds in total 1,354,837 voting rights, corresponding to 3.76 %
of the total voting rights.
