Pursuant to the Finland's Securities Markets Act, Ixonos Plc has been informed of the following transaction:
Turret Oy Ab has notified that Ixonos Plc’s announcement on 31 March 2014 concerning the direct share issue, when registered, results to decline of Turret Oy Ab’s direct holding of shares and voting rights to 24.94 per cent. Turret Oy Ab is holding directly and indirectly over 30 per cent of shares and voting rights. Turret Oy Ab owns directly 22,719,578 shares and voting rights.
Ixonos' share capital consists of 75,858,359 shares and votes. After registering the new shares, approximately 4 April 2014, Ixonos Plc’s share capital consists of 91,113,536 shares and votes.
