On April 2, 2014, the Lycksele District Court has granted Lappland Goldminers AB’s bankruptcy petition.
Due to the above mentioned NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided to delist the shares of Lappland Goldminers AB (GOLD, ISIN Code SE0005308137, Order Book ID 24773). The trading in the shares of Lappland Goldminers AB was halted on March 28, 2014, and will not be resumed.
The shares of Lappland Goldminers AB will be delisted on April 3, 2014.
