The new HomeControl OneRate service plan replaces the previous, multi-tier pricing structure with a single flat price of $6.85 with no activation fees. The OneRate plan gives dealers up to a 50% savings over other interactive solutions while providing the superior performance features of HomeControl interactive services. This single, all-in price enables them to more effectively upsell interactive features and capture higher RMR in today's highly competitive security market.

Competitive solutions artificially limit the number of sensors and Z-Wave devices installed with a system, while also charging a premium for live cameras. The OneRate plan also makes video, a highly valued feature of any interactive solution, much simpler to sell.
