With reference to release no. 8 of 2 April 2014, the capital increase has now been registered at the Danish Business Authority. Hereafter, the share capital of Columbus A/S amounts to DKK 137,830,615 (nom.) divided into 110,264,492 shares of DKK 1.25.
New Articles of Association are attached.
