Arise is negotiating the sale of a wind farm


Arise has for a period of time been in talks with KumBro Vind AB regarding the
sale of a wind farm containing three wind turbines with a total capacity of 5.4
MW. KumBro Vind AB is jointly owned by the municipalities of Örebro and Kumla.
If the city council of Örebro on the 22nd of April and the city council of Kumla
on the 23rd of April approve the decision to acquire the wind farm a sale and
purchase agreement will be entered into.
