Elektrėnai, Lithuania, 2014-04-04 10:17 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 4 April 2013 the General Meeting of Shareholders of public company “Lietuvos energijos gamyba”, AB (company code 302648707, registered office at Elektrinės str. 21, Elektrėnai) (the Company) approved the Consolidated Annual Report of “Lietuvos energijos gamyba”, AB and its subsidiaries for financial year 2013 and the Financial Statements of “Lietuvos energijos gamyba”, AB and the Consolidated Financial Statements of “Lietuvos energijos gamyba”, AB for 2013, audited by “PricewaterhouseCoopers” UAB, the Company‘s auditor (enclosed).
The Company “Lietuvos energijos gamyba”, AB is also preparing Report on Annual Performance and Corporate Social Responsibility 2013. The Report will be published until the end of April 2014.
