Entities') according to the applicable requirements of the Luxembourg
Transparency Law that on 01 April 2014 the proportion of voting rights held
by the Notifying Entities in GAGFAH S.A., 2-4, rue Beck, L-1222 Luxembourg,
Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (German Securities Code A0LBDT, ISIN
LU0269583422), have fallen below the 33.3% threshold of the voting rights
and the Notifying Entities hold voting rights in GAGFAH S.A., Luxembourg,
amounting to 27.64% of the voting rights (59,683,686 shares which
corresponds to 59,683,686 voting rights) on this day. The Notifying
Entities (except Fortress) are funds and investment vehicles directly
holding shares in GAGFAH S.A., Luxembourg, and are all controlled
indirectly by Fortress.

Code A0LBDT, ISIN LU0269583422), have fallen below the 5% threshold of the
voting rights and it directly holds voting rights in GAGFAH S.A.,
Luxembourg, amounting to 4.78% of the voting rights (10,313,482 shares
