Kulinaaria OÜ, a subsidiary of Selver AS, which in turn is a subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, is the largest central kitchen in the Baltic region, and one of the most rapidly developing companies in the Group. In connection with the expansion of the operations of Kulinaaria OÜ, Andres Heinver, a Member of the Management Board of Selver AS, is taking a position of the Management Board – Managing Director on 9 May 2014 in Kulinaaria OÜ. As result of this change, the Management Board of Selver AS will continue its operation with a single member. Kristi Lomp, who has long-time professional experience in trade and has been working for the Selver AS since 2010, will continue as the single Member of the Management Board of Selver AS.
As a result, the composition of the Management Boards of Kulinaaria OÜ and SIA Selver Latvia, subsidiaries of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS belonging in the Group, will also see changes. The Management Board of Kulinaaria OÜ will continue its operation with a single member – Andres Heinver. Kristi Lomp will become a new Member of the Management Board of SIA Selver Latvia.
