On April 3, 2014, Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb Inc., New York, USA, has
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting
rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany has exceeded the threshold of 5%
and amounted to 5.02% (595,279 voting rights) as of March 31, 2014.

Of these voting rights 5.02% (595,279 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb Inc. persuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no.
6 WpHG.
