Changed ownership in Peab

In more than 50 years, brothers Erik and Mats Paulsson have been active in
construction and the real estate industry in Scandinavia. A business transaction
has now been carried through that is part of an ongoing generational change in
their families. This creates space for the next generation to continue the
development of their respective activities.
In a structural deal has 15,706,663 A-shares in Peab changed hands. Sellers are
Sara Karlsson with companies and Svante Paulsson with companies. Buyers are
Fredrik Paulsson with families and companies, and Mats Paulsson with families
and companies, who together have acquired 12,006,000 A-shares, and then disposes
4,000,000 B-shares.
In addition, Karl-Axel Granlund with family and company has acquired 1,500,000 A
-shares, Malte Åkerström with family and company has acquired 1,377,163 A-shares
and Göran Grosskopf with family and company has acquired 823,500 A-shares.
After the change, the affected stakeholders have the following holdings:
Mats Paulsson with families and companies owns 17,2 per cent of the capital and
28.9 per cent of the votes.
Fredrik Paulsson with families and companies owns 9.6 per cent of the capital
and 29.4 per cent of the votes.
Karl-Axel-Granlund with family and companies owns 6.7 per cent of the capital
and 5.5 per cent of the votes.
Malte Åkerström with family and company owns 0.9 per cent of the capital and 2.5
per cent of the votes.
Göran Grosskopf with family and company owns 0.4 per cent of the capital and 1.4
per cent of the votes.
