ReadSoft's Annual Report for 2013 published

ReadSoft's annual report for 2013 (the Swedish version) has been published today
on the company’s website www.readsoft.com. The printed version of the Annual
Report will be distributed to shareholders and other stakeholders that have
requested this. The annual report will also be available at the Annual General
Meeting in Helsingborg, Sweden, on April 28.

The Swedish version of the report is now available on ReadSoft’s website
www.readsoft.com. The printed Swedish version of the annual report will be
distributed to shareholders and other stakeholders that have requested this. The
English version of the annual report will be published in the end of April and
the printed English version will be available and distributed in the beginning
of May.
Annual General Meeting and the Interim Report for January-March 2014
ReadSoft also wants to welcome the company’s shareholders to the forthcoming
Annual General Meeting at Hotel Marina Plaza, Kungstorget 6, Helsingborg,
Sweden, at 3:00pm CET on April 28. On the same day, ReadSoft’s Interim Report
for January - March 2014 will be presented. A complete version of the summons
for the Annual General Meeting is available on our website www.readsoft.com.
Shareholders who wish to participate in the meeting should sign up no later than
4:00pm CET, on April 22. Please use our website for your registration.
