The Board of Directors’ request for the Chairman of the Board of Directors to undertake special operational tasks
In connection with the former CEO, Vagn Thorsager, being elected new chairman of the bank at the annual general meeting held on 25 March 2014, at which time he also retired as CEO of the bank, the bank’s Board of Directors has requested Vagn Thorsager’s assistance for a transitional period with carrying out special tasks, including, inter alia, operational tasks to strengthen the bank's solvency.
The completion of these special tasks takes place in close cooperation with acting CEO, Michael Nelander Petersen. The length of the Board of Directors’ request is closely associated with the time for realising a strengthening of the day-to-day management, which is expected to take place within the coming months.
