Schiphol, the Netherlands, 2014-04-07 17:32 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wereldhave announces that the Belgian tax claim with respect to the split up of MLO and the subsequent sale of a cash company in 1993 has been denied by a verdict dated February 7, 2014. As the Belgian tax authorities have not filed an appeal, this tax claim has now come to a full end after 16 years of proceedings. Wereldhave has been acquitted of all charges.
