Correction of a notification dated 28.03.2014

Pursuant to sections 21 (1), 24 WpHG ('German Securities Trading Act'),
Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Great Britain, notified us on 4th of April
2014 that the percentage of voting rights of its subsidiary Deutsche Asset
& Wealth Management Investment GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, in STADA
Arzneimittel AG, Bad Vilbel, Germany, crossed the threshold of 5 % on 27th
of March 2014 and amounts to 5,49 % (3.316.851 voting rights) as per this
date.
Pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG 0,11 % (65.683 voting
rights) are to be attributed to Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management
Investment GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany.
