Kratos Receives $10 Million Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) From National Security Customer

Products to be Provided Under BPA to Support the U.S. Warfighter


SAN DIEGO, April 8, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that its Kratos Modular Systems (MS) Division has recently received a $10 million Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from a United States National Security customer for the manufacture and delivery of specialized products to support the Warfighter. The products to be delivered under the new BPA will be based on task orders and produced at a secure Kratos manufacturing facility. Initial task orders under the BPA have recently been released. Due to customer related and other considerations, no additional information will be provided related to this BPA award.
