Skanska sells commercial property in Sundbyberg, Sweden, for SEK 104 M

Skanska sells a commercial property in Sundbyberg, Sweden, for SEK 104 M. The
transaction will be recorded in the first quarter of 2014. Buyer is Nordic Real
Estate Partners AB (NREP), and transfer of the property is scheduled to take
place late April 2014.
The property has been developed and constructed by Skanska and was completed in
2013. The total leasable area of the LEED-certified property is 3,700 square
meters of retail space with Coop as tenant.

“The property is a great addition to our existing Stockholm portfolio. The
combination of a strong position in an area of rapid population growth, a modern
LEED certified property and Coop’s new concept makes this a very attractive
investment”, says Tobias Alsborger, Partner at NREP.

“The sale confirms that there is a continued demand for green commercial
properties with long leases in strategic locations”, says Jonas Karlsson, Chief
of transactions at Skanska Fastigheter.

Skanska Commercial Development Nordic initiates and develops property projects
in offices, logistics, business premises and commercial buildings. The company’s
operations are concentrated in the three metropolitan regions in Sweden, the
Copenhagen region in Denmark, the Oslo region in Norway, as well as Helsinki in
Finland. The development of logistics and volume retail properties is conducted
in strategic locations in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
