MILPITAS, Calif., April 9, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (Nasdaq:ISSI), a leader in advanced memory and analog solutions, today announced it has begun sampling production units of its new 1 Gigabit (1Gb) Low Power (LP) DDR2 products. These devices are the IS43LD32320A and the IS46LD32320A, organized as 32Mx32, and the IS43LD16640A and the IS46LD16640A, organized as 64Mx16. These devices are packaged in a 134-ball BGA, and also available is the 168-pin PoP BGA. The IS46 series represents a full range of automotive grade products.
This 1Gb LPDDR2 DRAM product is the first of a new LP family being added to the already extensive portfolio of Mobile DRAMs. By using advanced technology, ISSI is able to provide the long-term product support, low power, and extended temperature ranges required by many automotive and industrial applications. The new devices are available in clock speeds up to 400Mhz (LPDDR2-800).

Availability
Samples of the IS43LD16640A and IS43LD32320A in both commercial, industrial temperature ranges, and the IS46LD16640A and the IS46DR32320A in automotive temperature ranges are available now with volume production shipments beginning in Q3, 2014.
